Before any child begins a coaching journey with Nurture & Bloom, we use a comprehensive lifestyle assessment to ensure we understand them fully and that coaching is genuinely the right next step.
This isn't a formality. It's the foundation.
A detailed picture of your child's emotional world.
The Lifestyle Assessment is an evidence-based tool developed by Kids Life Studio® the play-based coaching methodology behind Nurture & Bloom's children's programmes. It provides a detailed picture of a child's emotional world, strengths, challenges, relationships, habits and sense of self.

Why we use it
Every child is different. A generic programme designed without this kind of understanding will miss what matters most. The assessment allows us to design a coaching journey that is genuinely specific to your child not a template, not a guess.
Who completes it?
The assessment is completed by the parent or caregiver, ideally with input from the child where appropriate. It takes approximately 2030 minutes.
Where is it hosted?
The assessment is administered through the Kids Life Studio® platform. The assessment fee is US$20, payable directly to Kids Life Studio® at the time of completion.
Please note: This fee goes directly to Kids Life Studio® and is separate from Nurture & Bloom's coaching fees.
What happens after?
Once you have completed the assessment, share your results with us. We will review them before your parent consultation and use them to inform our coaching recommendations for your child.
